1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ChampionsBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Content (Worksheets)

All worksheets, images, and educational materials provided on this website are for:

• Personal Use: Parents teaching their children at home.
• Educational Use: Teachers utilizing materials in a classroom setting.

Restricted Use: You may NOT sell, redistribute, repackage, or re-host our worksheets on any other website or platform without our explicit written permission.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us (via Email or Google Sign-In), you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Google Sign-In

By using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to access your Google profile information (Name, Email, Profile Picture) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Champions Book and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Champions Book, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Download Limits & Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair access for all users and prevent abuse, we enforce the following download limits:

• Guest Users (not logged in): Maximum 3 worksheet downloads per day per IP address.
• Registered Users: Maximum 20 worksheet downloads per day per account.
• Limits reset automatically at midnight (server time). Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is prohibited.

Bypassing limits via VPNs, proxy servers, bots, or automated scripts is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent IP ban.

9. Content Protection & Copyright

All worksheets, preview images, icons, logos, and other materials on ChampionsBook are protected under copyright law. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Scraping or automated bulk downloading of worksheets or images using bots or scripts.
• Re-hosting, re-uploading, or distributing our content on any other platform, app, or website.
• Hotlinking directly to our PDF files or images from external websites.
• Selling, monetizing, or commercially exploiting our free worksheets in any form.
• Removing watermarks, copyright notices, or branding from our worksheets.
• Using our content for AI training, datasets, or any commercial data collection purpose.

Violations may result in legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international copyright laws.

10. Data Collected for Security

To protect our platform and enforce fair use, we collect and store the following data with each download:

• IP Address: Logged with each download to enforce daily limits and detect abuse.
• Download History: Records of which worksheets were downloaded, linked to your account or IP address.
• User Agent / Device Info: Used to detect automated bots and ensure platform security.

This data is used solely for security and abuse prevention. It is never sold to third parties. Download logs are retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
